When it's comes to cooking I'm all about easy, fast, and healthy. I want to spend as little time as possible and have delicious outcome. I am constantly experimenting with ingredients, and in most of the cases results exceeding my expectations.
Yesterday I bought tray of chicken drumsticks, dumped them in bowl, and cover it with Budweiser beer sprinkles generously turmeric, cover with plastic screen and put it into refrigerator. Next day, placed marinated legs into a frying pan (make sure no plastic handles) cover with little bit of olive oil, add Budweiser beer + half cup of apple cider, halve way covering legs, add crushed garlic, sprinkle with salt, black pepper, cumin, coriander, thyme. Cover pan with aluminum foil, and place it into preheated oven (400F) for 1 hour.
I served it with another experimental dish, brown rice cooked in green tea. Unexpectedly delicious, great color, texture, and interestingly highlighted natural fruitiness of full bodied rice. Green salad with red pepper and shredded carrots necessary addition to this dinner. Bon Appetite!
