Not Just a Jar of Honey

We all know honey is one of the miracle products. It’s not only great and healthy substitute for sugar, but it’s magical medicine used for centuries. It’s strengthening immune system, it’s has Bacteria-Fighting Benefits, it’s can be also used for Allergy Relief. But not all honey is the same. Most that sold in supermarkets are a heavily processed: chemically refined, blended, heated, which can all eliminate the numerous health benefits that honey has to offer. Raw honey is not like most honey, it is unique in that it keeps the same traits it had when it was made in the bee hive.
WEE BEE Naturally Raw Honey is my most favorite brand (sold in Whole Foods). Two reasons: First - the price $13.99 for 2lb, which is great value for the money.

Second - product packed in absolutely reusable jar. It’s a glass, that make it eco-friendly, is easy to wash and best of all, you don’t have to pay for it, that got a PaylessLiving Seal of Approval. I use it to refrigerate leftovers of soups, sources, dressings and other products I buy in bulk at Whole Foods. Soak in water easy label removal.

Choose products, that’s not only health, but could be purposely recycled in your household.
My love for Tomato Juice turned into this collection for other bulk produce: rice, beans, cereals (ops, I have to refill them).

Till next time. Happy, Healthy, Payless Living to You!

Eggs probably the most inexpensive food. They’ve being wrongly accused as a unhealthy, as they increase cholesterol, but recently reevaluated they even got the status of the super food. There are many different dishes you already know and like, but some of my favorite, you probably never tried before.

Omelet with Tomatoes

It’s my absolute favorite.
Tomatoes (even the one from produce clearance shelf) slightly fried, then the mixture of eggs, milk, dash of salt & cumin poured on top. Cover the frying pan with lid and let if cook on a small fire until done (5-7 min).
